I Should Probably Be More Grateful

I got a new job for the holidays. It's at Big Lots - another cashiering position. I wasn't really looking for the job. I think I'd applied there before, but hadn't recently. But Greg and Jean were there one night and, apparently, Greg and one of the managers got to talking and he mentioned I was looking for work. When he got home he gave me an application and said to go to the store and talk to the manager, Bob.
