Immediately I started thinking of the dance montages in DD when Lisa would dance directly with Baby.
Baby never danced with Lisa, it was Penny who helped her with the dancing... ;-) Just saying. I know the movie better than any other *lol* :P
Glad to hear the dance teacher was nice and that you feel comfortable enough with her, even if she's more expensive than the other place, but in this case I assume it'll be worth it in the end. Because I don't think taking the cheaper option and then feeling all awkward would have done much good...
Glad to hear your practices went well, though and I'm sure it's gonna be great at the wedding :D
