Same here. I was mostly a lurker my first few years here.
Sort of is staring you in the face, hee! How I did it is in the LiveJournal header on top of the page, by "friends feed" and "shop" there's a link to #lj18. That takes you to stats about LJ in general and then at the bottom it shows your individual stats (what's pictured in my post.) At the bottom of that it asks if you want to share it - there's symbols for sharing it to LJ,Twitter, Facebook.
