If we're talking all time, I'd go with Friends. Absolutely hilarious, amazing cast, so many great quotes. If we're talking something that is airing currently I'd say Elementary, for reasons I've already gone into. And also Once Upon A Time. There are a lot of great strong female characters, sweet romances, and for those who like grey characters, plenty of those. There's some comedy, romance, fantasy, adventure.
