The two things I would suggest would be gluten and sugar. I cut out gluten and shed weight like it was water, and I've since added sugar to the no-eat list, and the result has been that I keep putting new holes in my belt. My entire health overall is a bajillion times better, too, so - maybe worth a try. :)
