I have to admit, I actually don't want Caroline and Stefan to get together on the show. I think they could have an interesting friends with benefits type hook-up, though I'd be content reading that in fanfic. I don't want to see them actually get together in a real relationship. I prefer seeing them as friends.

The few scene they had together, I think they had chemistry, and I love thinking about/writing them in modern AUs especially. I think their personalities match up (before Morgana went crazy) nicely.
